Training yesterday was real bad, not because it was tough but I injured myself. Sianz. This is the second time I’m injured for this year since after the bad back strain. This time, I pulled my hemstring while doing the 100m sprint. I tried to ignore the pain and go on with the run. But the pain is just too hard to bear. So I make my way to the sideline slowly and sit down. And the next moment, I realized, I’m not able to straighten my leg. =( the whole thigh muscles became stiff in an instant. Luckily, Jin quan was around then, helping me with the massage and the deep heat rub, slowly my leg is able to straighten but still unable to support myself up. It’s only after I did some stretching then I’m able to walk slowly. Haiz.. I wasted the day just like that, injuring myself when we were only doing the fitness part. I haven’t even touched the ball lo and I have to sit out. This feeling is damn terrible. I promise I’ll rest well and be diligent enough to do stretching whenever I can and ice my injured area. No problem people, I’ll be able to recover in time for sat’s game against Nike Air. Let’s just play hard and enjoy the game!
