Singapore Idol final has ended and the results will onli be out tml... omg!! and i've to give tuition from 7.30-9pm tml!!! which means tat i'm goin miss it... ahhhhh~~ -silent screamz-
the performance by the 2 finalists were realli great man.. unlike last yr, when the result is kind of expected tat taufiq wil be the winner.. this time is really different.. both seemed to be on par to mi.. but STIL, i hope that JONATHAN LEONG will win!!! -cheers- i tink he is like damn cooool la... mi shi ren le.. he is my idol.. and the song tat is esp for the 06 idol is damn nice la.. veri inspiring..

anyw, i'm done with my molecular genetics lab report!! so happy.. 5 hrs of hard work not wasted.. yay!!

somehow, i feel tat i muz blog this before i go to bed.. although it's like alr 1.25am and i hav a mornin lec at 8, i JUZ insist on bloggin this first...
i ALMOST lost a new textbook tat i juz bought todae!!! and the book is like $43.10 can.. so ex hoh, but tat's not the point.. here it goes..
i was carryin tat book(cos i tink it's a bit too heavy to put inside my beloved bag) with my hands, happily strollin to the 'classroom' for my calculus tut.. by the time we reached, i tink mi and tong were like 15min early and so, common sense ting is to juz settle down on an unoccupied table and rest a while rite.. and at the same time we can like wait for meow jiat as well.. so, when it's abt time, we juz head to the classroom.. ok, tut ended and as usual, we head towards the bus stop since we hav no other lessons after tat le.. and we were happily decidin wat to eat for lunch..
THEN, i realised tat my hands were EMPTY and my bag werent heavy at al.. it was then i noe tat i forgot to take my textbk.. the first time i tout was tat i left my textbook in the classroom..
and i was tinkin, heng ah~ there is no class after my tut, so it should be stil there lo... ok, i muz admit, i stroll towards the classroom.. went back to the place where i sit but MY BOOK WAS NOWHERE TO BE SEEN.. omg.. then tong and meow jiat came in as well to help mi find.. but still nth means nth.. so, i tout.. ahhh.. forget it le.. stolen means stolen.. tat's nth i can do le.. i've even asked the lady if any kind soul would pass the book to them.. but.. of cos la.. sure no de.. -expected- nvm lo.. juz take it tat i'm unluckily and i'm even prepared to go and buy another bk le since i hav to study de ma.. but juz as we head out.. i saw this UNWRAPPED TEXTBOOK on the table tat we juz occupied.. omg.. tat's MINE!! i actually left a $43.10 NEW BOOK on the table.. unattended... luckily it din get stolen.. or mayb, cos we are at the math dept, then nobody even wan it...
phew~~ i found my book.. if not ah, my book would hav cost $86.20 lo... haiyo!! forgetful mi!!! =/

1 more week of schoolin to go~~ and i'm havin like wat is called the 'recess week'!! i'm freakin lookin forward for tat la.. athough tat is the period for us to like study for our CA, at least i dun hav to wake up early specially for sch.. no travellin and squeezing in the bus required as well.. the travellin makes mi feel lethargic.. and i dun like tat..
anyw, i've been readin up the calculus notes since the mornin.. i hope i had understood most of the theorems and definitions except for the theorem 4.3.2 which states that if f is continuous at b and limx->ag(x)=b then limx->af(g(x))=f(b). =X anyw, i'm goin to e mail Mr Wee later and get him to explain to mi.. wheee~~~ cheers, mr wee!!
i went for a 1 hr shoppin in causeway juz now!! and i saw this green colour hairband in mini bites which makes mi think of ying2.. so, i happily bought it.. haha.. and i realised tat i hav more and more green stuffs in my room.. muz be influenced by ying2.. =) i bought an adidas shorts as well!!! -grinns-
oh ya.. did any1 read abt the news tat one RI guy jumped off the buildin?? and yes, the buiding is where i'm living.. so scary la.. but i dunnno at which floor.. haiyo.. sec 1 onli lo.. so poor ting.. he has sucha gd future.. i tink his parents muz be devastated.. haiz.... one precious life lost juz like tat...

i shall report the time now.. it's 12.39am now and i'm stil halfway thru my lab report instead of slpin.. remainin time i hav to slp= 5 hours plus cos i hav a calculus lec at 8 in which i need to wake up at ard 6 plus.. it's quite nonsensical of mi to be bloggin now instead of slpin or continuing my lab report, and i dunnno y on earth am i doin it as well.. hah.. it is this kind of moment of time when i tink tat stayin in hall wil be nice.. at least i wun hav to wake up tat early to waste tat ONE HOUR to travel.. oh man~ wat am i tinkin abt... time to get back to work~~

i survived from the night cycling!!!! -grins- oh man.. it's like damn shag.. imagine cycling for like.. hmmm.. let mi tink.. 8 hours!!! we started our journey at 12am and ended at 8am.. from east coast to kallang to lavendar then to bedok.. then from every station, they wil give us a map to our next station.. but there is smtin tat i muz complain.. the maps tat they gave us were like the so-not-update version.. hmmmpff.. and we lost our way cos of that.. hmmmpff.. and the climax is.. we couldnt find the way out after tryin al the pathways.. -_-" so we hav to resort to askin for direction from the police.. and u noe wat.. the police wasnt sure abt the directions as well.. oh man!!! -_-" left with no choice, we hav to call the help hotline and in the end, they sent a lorry to pick us up and drive us to the 5th station instead( in fact we should be approachin to our 3rd station but cos we were too slow, so... haha..) and tat made us ahead of many teams.. so proud!! haha.. and in the end we were like the 10th or the 11th team to come back( there were like 30 teams).. so lihai rite.. seriously, i tout we hav done a pretty gd job given that we are the only all gals and safeguide-less team.. not easy lehz..overall, it was pretty fun.. haha.. adventurous!! but i muz say, guys are realli better in direction, navigation and stuffs.. yupz.. i guess i'm eligible for skippin gym trg for 3 wks.. haha.. i need lotsa lotsa rest!!! and i'm damn disappointed with xiu yan.. haiz....
dun feel like goin sch tml.. actually can attend tue calculus lec slot instead of tml.. but.. i hav to hand in my lab report early in the mornin... arrrrgh.. so.. no matter wat, i muz drag myself to sch... so disgusting.. and the lab assistant was so mean..
mi: hmmm.. sorry ah, i din attach my data sheet behind my lab report so can i hand it in first and i bring my data sheet on mon instead??
she: oh... that's ur problem.. dun hand in ur lab report now, submit everytin early in the mornin on mon.. -walk away-

the organic chem pract was fun as well.. although it's like the same old stuffs crystallisation, it was fun this time round.. with the use of new apparatus as well.. like u hav to do al ur stuffs in the fume hood, usage of the condenser for refluxing, the Buchi melting point B-545 for determining the meltin point of the crystals and the suction filtration.. and guess wat, i'm the onli one in the bench tat doesnt know anytin abt the suction filtration.. other jcs hav this ting tat would help to speed up filtration, rather than wasting time waitin for the water the slowly drip out of the filter paper.. oh man, is aj tat poor or izit that we hav too much time to spare?? -hmmmm- and i keep forgettin to add the boiling chips!! bleah.. ut luckily it din affect anytin.. but juz tat i hav to be carful not to overheat the mixture.. yupz.. so dun worry, i wun end up burnin down the laboratory.. skilled worker here.. haha... =) deadline for submission of lab report: 8 sept.. sianz.. i'm starting to be overloaded with work.....
netball trg hasnt start as well.. hopin tat it wil start soon.. as u see, team spirit doesnt build up overnight.. and i'm prayin hard to get into the team.. cos i tink they are like damn strong la.. so right now.... i really need to train up my stamina..
